Using librbary
By creating an account or using librbary, you agree to these terms and to the safety and privacy notices. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful personal book buying, renting, or bartering as features become available.
Barters and meetups
A barter is between the participating readers. A deal is confirmed only when both readers accept the final proposal in the app. Check book condition, edition, ownership, and suitability before agreeing. librbary does not own, inspect, insure, price, deliver, guarantee, or mediate every book or exchange.
Your responsibilities
Do not offer books you do not have the right to exchange, misrepresent condition or availability, bypass agreed safety steps, misuse the handover code, or use the service to defraud, harm, or harass anyone. You are responsible for your communications, listings, meetups, and compliance with applicable law.
Platform rules
We may change, pause, or remove features; moderate content; restrict or close accounts; and update these terms when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, librbary is provided as available and our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
